Q1. Is it enough to create a Business Continuity Plan or risk management plans?

A. No. A plan is just the starting point. While it is possible to stop at creating a plan, an actual crisis response depends heavily on decision-making and communication. We therefore recommend follow-up measures such as tabletop exercises, operational drills, and regular reviews after the plan is developed.

Q2. Honestly, we don't know where to start.

A. Many organizations face the same challenges. I work with you step by step, from understanding your current situation to identifying risks and considering appropriate responses. Even if your concerns are still unclear or not fully defined, that is perfectly fine. Please feel free to contact me.

Q3. We would like to put something in place quickly, even if it's just a basic setup. Is that possible?

A. Yes, I can provide minimal support. However, I emphasize building plans and systems that function effectively in real situations, and I believe I can deliver greater value through continuous engagement. If you require urgent action due to regulatory or compliance requirements, please let me know.

Q4. Can small businesses or sole proprietors also consult with you?

A. Yes. I support organizations of all sizes. Rather than applying large-scale corporate models as they are, I tailor my approach to your specific business structure and operations.

A. Costs vary depending on the scope and duration of the project. I will provide details after discussing your needs and conditions during the initial consultation.

If your organization does not fall into these categories, please feel free to contact me.

A. Yes. My support does not assume prior expertise. I aim to provide clear, practical knowledge and approaches that can be easily understood and applied in real situations.

A. Yes. I tailor the approach to the characteristics and needs of each community, including the use of tabletop exercises and other accessible methods.

Q4. Can we request only a drill or event?

A. Yes. I can accommodate requests for individual drills or events. In addition, I offer suggestions to help ensure these activities lead to longer-term improvements and ongoing preparedness.

Q5. Is collaboration with the local government required?

A. No, it is not required. However, depending on the situation, I may recommend coordinating with or contacting the relevant local authorities.

A. Disaster preparedness focuses on reducing the impact of natural hazards and building a society that is resilient to disasters, including response, recovery, and reconstruction. Risk management, on the other hand, refers to the systems and practices used to reduce losses and enable rapid response and recovery from a range of events, including disasters, incidents, accidents, and information breaches, that may affect people, organizations, or assets.

A.Yes. I provide both online and in-person support, depending on your needs and circumstances.

Q3. At what timing should we thinking about risk management?

A. It is important to consider risk management before any incident occurs. Rather than starting only after something happens, organizations should integrate it into their everyday operations, clarifying how decisions are made and how coordination takes place. This preparation enables more effective responses in times of crisis.

Q4. Can we consult you on topics beyond disaster preparedness?
