Public Education & Risk Management Policies

Risk management does not function through systems alone.

What matters is enabling people to understand, make decisions, and take action.

Public education is a form of communication that makes risk management personally relevant.

[ Experienc & Focus in This Area ]

In this field, I have accumulated experience and explored initiatives such as:

・Translating technical and academic concepts into accessible and easy-to-understand language

・Creating engaging content that incorporates memes to make learning about risk management more approachable

・Registered as a lecturer for community courses in Nagasaki City and preparing disaster education programs

・Developing evacuation instructions in English with a focus on visual communication

Regarding risk management policy, I focus on understanding systems and institutional roles and do not provide support directly related to municipal operations. I examine the role of communication in connecting governments, communities, and residents from an external perspective.
